1. Caring for the person's destiny — above all

We place a person's destiny, well-being, freedom, and inner resilience above any interests, benefits, ambitions, or commercial goals.

We remember that before us is not a client, resource, tool, or 'project' — but a living personality deserving deep respect. Especially in conditions where many people have become war victims and were forced to leave their homeland.

2. Integrity, not self-interest

We refuse any actions where financial gain or self-interest could overshadow a person's well-being.

Decency, honesty, and moral purity are our primary stance.

Commerce can never be above humanity.

3. Influence without manipulation

We acknowledge that we have the power to influence people's thoughts, decisions, emotions, and choices.

We use this influence only ethically: without pressure, hidden motives, fears, manipulation, or emotional blackmail.

No advice or action should distort reality or force a person to act against themselves.

We treat everyone with respect, delicacy, and restraint.

Decency is not a formality but the foundation of our behavior.

Personal stories, experiences, information, and inner states are a person's inviolable space.

We don't use these materials for profit, advertising, or influence.

Trust is a gift, not a tool.

8. Responsibility for our words and actions

We recognize that we can become a turning point in another person's life.

Therefore, every word must be weighed, every step — responsible.

We bear moral responsibility for the influence we exert.

9. Fairness and impartiality

We don't judge people by origin, status, wealth, mistakes, or vulnerabilities.

Every personality has the right to a chance, development, and dignified treatment.

Our task is to support, inspire, and help a person see their own value and strength.

By signing this Approach, we take on a high ethical obligation:

• those who don't manipulate but strengthen;
